Can I pause, skip or cancel?+

You can manage the subscription through the Seal customer portal according to the minimum/maximum payment rules configured in Seal.

Will I receive all jars at once?+

Not when Seal is configured for monthly delivery. A prepaid plan can charge in advance while scheduling monthly fulfillments.

How are payments handled?+

The actual billing schedule is controlled by the Seal selling plan. Configure monthly auto-charging or prepaid billing in Seal before publishing.

Actual billing, discounts, delivery schedules, renewals and cancellation rules are controlled by the Shopify selling plan configured through Seal Subscriptions. Gifts, WhatsApp support, loyalty points and referral rewards require the corresponding fulfillment or rewards workflow.
